Only good thing is location.
Rooms are too hot, there is no elevator from reception to desired floor. Rooms smell like dirty wet rag is locked inside. I would never choose this hotel again

great views from the top floor room.
great views from the top floor room. the air conditioning worked great and so did the wifi. Tam Coc is a great spot.
it can be very noisy at night from the music from bars below, but the views are amazing. the staff definitely over charged for exchanging money and they all seemed a little annoyed when you asked them for things.

The beds were comfy, the shower was great.

We stayed on the 5th floor in a room made of bamboo which was lovely until it was time to sleep. The bamboo constantly made scratching and really loud popping noises making it impossible to sleep. There was also sawdust everywhere the next morning which we presumed was from the bamboo. After a night of very little sleep we were rudely woken by a member of cleaning staff who walked into our room at 9.30am without knocking the door first. There was also no power for the whole night, which wasn't the hotels fault but when I asked what the problem was I got ushered away and told to wait an hour. It didn't come back until 10am the next morning.

Constant power cuts due to construction. Drilling & hammering everyday from 6am. couldn't shower or heat room due to no power. Rude staff kee on reception has a disgusting attitude when asked about the noise he just ignored me and said go go go leave leave leave
